Many years go by,
many more than I.
Lonely times of sigh,
as merry laughter die.
And the breadcrumbs falls,
washed away by tears.
Days long gone,
never re-appear.
In memory dances,
what was once real.
The melody prances,
but the pain endures.
Walk I the shadows,
in the river of doubts.
Swimming against tides,
falling into dark.
FALLING INTO DARK
