Distance divide us
regulations forbade
this instance of happiness
I cannot evade.
Our eyes keep brushing
quick smiles exchanged
my heart keep singing
your gaze my refrain.
Your voice my compass
your presence His boon
this rose I covet
you and I, to bloom.

"Let me tell you that I love you, that I think of you all the time"
~ Caledonia
Words and more I have aplenty, feeling like I want to fly
deep within my heart completely, beats the song of you and I.

"Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high.
There's a land that I heard of, once in a lullaby.
Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue.
And the dreams that you dare to dream, really do come true."
~ Over The Rainbow
I cast my dreams aloft, to swim the midnight seas.
A wish to thee I craft, my heart upon shy sleeves.

"Tis the last rose of summer left blooming alone
All her lovely companions are faded and gone
No flower of her kindred, no rosebud is nigh
To reflect back her blushes and give sigh for sigh."
~ The Last Rose of Summer
If thou art the last of summer, that winter begs to steal
the sun shall I conquer, to bring back warmth and feel.
~ Hazlan

Falling into dark

Many years go by,
many more than I.
Lonely times of sigh,
as merry laughter die.
And the breadcrumbs falls,
washed away by tears.
Days long gone,
never re-appear.
In memory dances,
what was once real.
The melody prances,
but the pain endures.
Walk I the shadows,
in the river of doubts.
Swimming against tides,
falling into dark.
FALLING INTO DARK
